Q: Do I need to install any software on my machine?

A: No. The application is hosted on a web server. The only thing you may need to install are standard Java drivers (most web browsers already include Java drivers).

Q: Can EqMARS be accessed from my PDA or Blackberry?

A: EqMARS is a web-based application. It can be accessed from any device (PC, Mac, iPhone, PDA, Black Berry) with internet access and a browser.

Q: Can we install EqMARS on our own server?

A: Yes. If you have a server that meets our technical specifications, we can install the application on it. Our technical staff will work with your IT department.

Q: How many user types are in EqMARS?

A: There are three: Administrator, Manager, and Borrower. They have well-defined roles with the flexibility to handle different business models and usage scenarios. Additional roles can be added upon request.

Q: Can you customize the application for our need?

A: Absolutely! EqMARS can be customized for your business application and rules/policies. Other customizations include color themes, your logo, etc..

Q: Does EqMARS provide any reporting features?

A: Not only EqMARS provide reporting features, but it also provides easy to read dashboards that display the most important information for the users at their fingertips.
